Maxwell’s Paradise – Short-Term Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Maxwell’s Paradise (“Host”, “we”, “us”) and the Guest (“you”) at the time of booking.

By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Property Details

The Host agrees to rent the selected property listed on Maxwell’s Paradise to the Guest for the agreed dates.

• Check-in Date: As selected at booking

• Check-out Date: As selected at booking

• Property Address: Provided upon booking confirmation

2. Payment Terms

• Full or partial payment (as applicable) is required to confirm the booking

• All fees, including taxes and service charges, will be shown before payment

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation

3. Security Deposit (If Applicable)

• A refundable security deposit may be required

• The deposit may be used to cover damages, excessive cleaning, or violations

• Any remaining balance will be refunded after inspection

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation terms will be specified at the time of booking

• Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is made

• No-shows may not be eligible for refunds

5. Use of Property

The Guest agrees to:

• Use the property for residential purposes only

• Not exceed the maximum number of occupants

• Not host parties, events, or gatherings without approval

• Comply with all house rules provided

6. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in and check-out times will be communicated before arrival

• Late check-out without approval may incur additional charges

7. Guest Responsibilities

The Guest is responsible for:

• Keeping the property in good condition

• Reporting any damages immediately

• Ensuring all guests behave appropriately

8. Damage and Loss

• The Guest will be held responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

• Costs may be deducted from the security deposit or charged directly

9. Maintenance and Issues

• The Host will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues during the stay

• No refunds will be issued for minor inconveniences beyond our control

10. Liability

• The Host is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Guests use the property at their own risk

11. Right to Entry

The Host may enter the property when necessary for:

• Maintenance or repairs

• Emergencies

• Inspection

(Reasonable notice will be given where possible.)

12. Termination

The Host reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if:

• The Guest violates this Agreement

• Illegal or unsafe behavior occurs

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the property is located.

14. Acceptance

By completing a booking on Maxwell’s Paradise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Rental Agreement.
